Lakeland Outpouring with Todd Bentley
As the people continually flock to the services, and people line up waiting for the doors to open from the early morning hours, the venue for the revival has continually changed. Beginning at Ignited Church the Florida Healing Revival soon moved to Auburndale church after the meetings drew more people than the church could hold. The Florida Outpouring has continued to grow and after moving to a 9,000 seat stadium is now set to move to the Joker Marchant Stadium in Lakeland, Florida. The stadium seats 15,000.
The Florida Healing Outpouring has seen countless testimonies of healings. There have been x-rays to document and verify the healings, but as with any other revival or move of God, there will always be those who simply refuse or cannot believe that there is a God who saves, delivers, heals, and works miracles- not matter how many x-rays or doctor reports bare witness to the fact.
However, with this revival, you do not need to fly on a plane to Lakeland, Florida to experience the outpouring for yourself, though you certainly could (and many have as people are booking flights from around the world). You can view the Florida or Lakeland Outpouring online through several sites. The services air at 10:00 A.M. and at 7:00 P.M on Todd Bentley's website, Fresh Fire. You can also tune into the service broadcasts at US Stream.tv where there is an official chat room. The chat room is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and those who have been touched by the revival continually post what they are seeing God do in their lives. In addition to viewing the revival online, you can also watch the broadcasts from your television. God TV, a network run by Wendy and Rory Alec, have stepped out in faith to bypass their regular programming to air the revival every night. You can watch God TV on Direct TV, channel 365.

Post a Commenti saw some of the revival and it looked inspiring. today i saw a man named pastor steve muncy on benny hinn but i dont know much about the topic; he spoke on the "offering of sustainment" and said there are 800 people who need to give an $800 dollar offering. I thought i could do that becuase i have $800 but i can not locate the "offering of sustainment" in my concordance or refernce books. Does anyone with more Bible knowlege know about this? if anyone could explain the "offering of sustainment" to me further i would appreciate it. thanx.

As of June 26, 2008 the Lakeland Revival, Florida Outpouring, is in it's 86th day! There have been over 10,000 testimonies of healing and over 25 resurrections from the dead. I pray that you learn true discernment- it comes from the Holy Spirit. You can't learn discenrmnent from reading articles, watching You Tube videos, or discussing issues with your religious friends. Like Nicodemus, had to break away from the other religious leaders to get true discernment, if you want to know what is real- you simply get alone with Jesus and ask Him. Then you are faced with the choice of whether you will believe or not.
The religious thought Jesus was demon posessed, too- now what does that tell you!
Where is your discernment? I see your drinking the Kool=Aid; Charisse, you should do some deeper research before promoting this thing. This is not of God; Todd Bentley is a liar; a false prophet and of satan himself. God will say enough! This is his "worship leader", Heather Clark -- now you sit and watch this ... it is sick!

My daughter and her housemate prayed for healing for her feet. She has had pain in them for a long time. They prayed by touching the TV while the rivival was being broadcast over Godtv one night. She had a warm glowing feeling in her feet and they have not bothered her since. How can anyone say this is not real? False prophet, liar, witchcraft? Are you kiding? People are coming together to praise God, calling out for Him, loving Him, worshiping Him. No false prophet, liar or witch does that. No matter what people have been in the past, that no longer matters. "There is no comdemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus." Romans 8:1 Christians, we are not under the law, but grace. Be merciful.
I have been there. Bentley preaches salvation through the blood of Jesus Christ and His resurrection. If he is not against Christ, he is for Christ. Look at John 9:38. Here Jesus was responding to a report from John who said that he and others had seen "someone casting out demons in Jesus name and they tried to prevent him because he was not following us." Jesus replied, "Do not hinder him for there is no one who will perfrom a miracle in My name, and be able soon afterward to speak evil of Me. For who is not against us is for us." That's for the mouth of God. Can we question Him? Good article!
The outpouring is awsome. I went for a week and watch it on line every night I can. The miracles are more real and poweful than any I've seen any where at any time.

Have you been watching the revival? I have and haven't found anything that looked like "open ended" questions. I've seen a lot of praise, worship, then people coming up to the platform to give testimonies of their healings. After that, I see Todd Bentley praying for people for more healing. Do you have a clip of something in particular that you are talking about?
If Todd Bentley isn't a prophet, what is he? Wasn't his ministry saying that God told them this was just the beginning and that the revival would be going on for 7 more years? I've seen him tell people they'll be doing specific things in the near future, or he'll prophecy that a lady he touches will be pregnant. Just to be clear...I am not doubting Todd Bentley because he has a crazy past. I've had a crazy past too. I do not doubt the reports of bringing the dead back to life or the miraculous healings. However, it is shown that demons can do these things as well. And if someone is prophesizing and not always accurate, can we say that is from God? The one thing that stands out the most though, is his open-ended questions he always asks which forces people to fill in the blanks for him. It is similar to the strategy psychics use.
