Staples is making a difference in the South Florida community. This Holiday Night is only one of the various ways Staples contributes to the community. This year the Staples West Miami Store adopted the Amigos For Kids Organization. With their new partnership, Staples has donated a total of $15,000 and has also given their support through special events like this Holiday Night of shopping. Staples and its charity called Staples Foundation For Learning, have donated more than $365,000 to various educational, non-profit and community organizations in South Florida.
Amigos For Kids is a local non-profit organization. It was founded in 1991 to address the diverse needs of South Florida's abused, abandoned and less fortunate children and their families. Amigos For Kids supports at risk children through education, teaching abuse prevention and community involvement. In the past 16 years, the Amigos For Kids Annual Holiday Toy Drive distributes toys to thousands of children. What makes this drive unique is that it fulfills the specific wishes of each child. For more information about Amigos For Kids you can go to their website at: http://www.amigosforkids.org .

What a great Cause!
This type of news needs to be broadcast, too. Frequently too much of the news forgets to relay this type of information.
Great info! Too bad this is just happening at one store...they should do it in all the stores all over the country.
