The price of hotels in certain popular traveling areas has risen in the past ten years. One place in particular, Florida, has recently experienced a rise in prices due to demand during the summer months. In order for you to budget your trip, it's best to plan ahead and find accommodations that won't be that expensive if you stay for a week. The best places to stay in Florida are not hotels, but rather villas.

Villas are much more accommodating to traveling families. The typical villa is very spacious and usually has anywhere between 2 to 8 bedrooms. Depending upon how many people you will be bringing with you, you'll be able to accommodate properly. Villas are very spacious with some more than 5000 square feet. Each villa comes fully furnished, a large kitchen area, washer and dryer, a number of bedrooms, usually around 3 bathrooms, and some even have their own pools. You'll also have modern amenities like TV, air conditioning, home entertainment systems, and wireless internet. Villas act as your own vacation home. These very spacious houses are the best place take your kids and actually enjoy your vacation.

Most villas are usually located in private communities or resort areas. Most of the villas in Florida are located about 15 minutes from Disney World. The community in which villas are located in are usually very private and secure places. Some villas are located within walking distance of tourist attractions, the beach, many shopping areas, and a variety of restaurants. The convenience of each villa also makes it more appealing than most hotels. Depending where you're at in Florida, there are usually villas within a 20 mile radius of hotels and attractions. This helps the villas attract more guests because of it's location. Villas usually tend to book up fast because of how spacious and luxurious they are. If you know you'll be heading to Florida for a vacation, take some time to do your research and find a villa for you and your family.

The Orlando vacation villas are usually around the same price as local hotels, but with more space to move around. The typical villa can run form $115 a night for a 2 bedroom, 1 bath villa. If you decide you'll want more room, a 3 bedroom 2 bath villa usually runs around $150 a night. This is the same price you'd pay for a beach front resort with half of the room. These prices fluctuate a bit during peak seasons like Thanksgiving, New Years, and Easter, but not by much. This pricing usually runs year around. These villas are not only cost effective, but give you the amenities of a home.

The only thing left for you to do is call today to book your villa. The next time your in Florida on vacation, instead of renting a hotel room, trying renting a villa. You'll be able to enjoy yourselves without over paying.
