Flu Shots for a Fee:

Certain locations will offer a flu shot for a fee. To find a location near your zip code, visit the American Lung Association's Flu Clinic Locator at http://www.flucliniclocator.org.

Other ways to get a Flu Shot:

Your doctor likely has them now, and many insurances cover part or all of the flu shot. Call your doctor to make sure the office has them on hand.

If you are a university student, you can likely get a flu shot through your student health center. Call or visit their website for times and availabilities.

The flu can be a two week nuisance or it can be deadly. Especially if you have a risk factor - asthma, COPD, compromised immunity, etc - be sure to take this step to protect yourself. It might seem like a hassle now, but you'll be glad you got the flu shot later when you are enjoying a healthy winter.
