Research shows that one of the best ways to protect yourself from catching the flu is to get your flu shot. Finding a flu shot in Greensboro, North Carolina is not hard. There will be several places that offer flu shots, both for free and at a set price. It is recommended that you get a flu shot in October or November for the best results. However, if you need to get a flu shot later in the year, anytime is considered better than never.

The Guilford County Health Departments strives to keep the city of Greensboro healthy. Therefore, they will be offering several flu clinics. There is a $25 fee involved, unless you present your insurance card and copay at the time of the flu vaccination. Flu clinics will be held on

Food Lion is offering flu shots to members of the community through Maxim Heath Services. They will vaccinate adults and children aged 9 years and older. There are several clinics set up at various locations throughout the Greensboro area through November of 2007.
