Flu Vaccine Locations in Washington D.C.

M
The time to get your annual flu vaccine is here and here is a listing of the places you can go to get it. Make sure you bring your insurance card, your immunization record and a prescription for the flu immunization shot if you are over the age of 65. It is important to receive your flu shot early because sometimes there can be shortages.

The first place to call to see about getting a flu immunization shot is your doctor. Many doctors will have a limited supply of the flu vaccine for their patients. Give your doctor a call to check and make an appointment. For those who don't have a physician or choose to get their shot out in the community, here is a listing of flu clinics in the Washington D.C. area.

Calvert County Health Department is offering a flu clinic for children and adults. A nasal spray will be offered to children and adults from the ages of 2 to 49 and the injectable vaccine will be available for those who cannot receive the nasal spray. The charge for the flu immunization shot is $15 and Medicare Part B is accepted.
