There have been very few men servers working in this place of business over the years and or black people/Hispanic which are very rarely hired? And if you ask the general manager why?............................
She states that these are the only employment applications applied for regarding any position in her Douglasville restaurant, which is NOT true, as stated by inside anonymous sources, mostly former employees?........................
Is this Douglasville, Ga. place of business racist? And or do they discriminate against anyone over the age of 30 years old and black people and or the Hispanic race? Apparently no one has ever reported this employment incident or problem simply because they can't prove it in a court of law?
Especially USA African-Americans or legal US working Hispanic persons which have every right for employment for this particular location. This company called "Folks" is supposed to be an E.O.E. (equal opportunity employer).................................................
This obvious year after year approx. 50 year old restaurant general manager thinks she has everything under control regarding age, creed or color. "Try your luck?" Applying for any employment position in this place of business simply called "Folks" located in Douglasville, Ga. which will only hire you if you if you are white, young and good-looking, and mostly a female person with "big breast". (The employee turnaround is also surprisingly high for some strange reason).
It's kind of weird also? This particular Folks restaurant location in Douglasville, Ga. on Douglas Blvd. still has an elderly Black lady hostess employee that will confront you sometimes whenever you walk into this restaurant? However? None of the other employees are older?..........................................
"Ironically" 90% of these server employees are under 24 years of age. White and beautiful and never Black or Hispanic? There are absolutely NO employee servers over the age of 40 years of age! That I have personally ever seen? (This article is based on my weekly, year after 5 year opinion observation only).
What is even "weirder or strange" about this Douglasville, Ga. restaurant simply called "Folks" is the fact that it seems like the only music they play over the intercom is Rock Music? "Why is this strange?" The majority of their customers are elderly people over the age of 60. As a matter of fact?.............................
Sometimes this restaurant looks like a nursing home cafeteria during the day-time hours, especially during lunch. Most of their customers can't even hear! Is this Rock music for the employee's or general manager's enjoyment only? Unfortunately? As a known fact? Elderly people never leave a tip, and is the reason why so many restaurant servers quit certain employment!
However? They do have excellent food and is the main reason my wife and I continue eating in this Douglasville, Ga. local restaurant franchise/corporate each week, which years ago was called "Po-Folks" originally started by famous country singer Bill Anderson. At the time they opened? They had probably the best southern fried chicken here in the South! And if it is cooked fresh, they still do! Especially at this particular location here in Douglasville, Ga. USA.
"Tell these always young servers? I want some freshly cooked southern fried chicken and they will do it for you!" This location has some delicious bar-b-qued ribs also (whenever they are fresh). Sometimes their baked potatoes are hard and not completely cooked during the day-time hours. The macaroni and cheese is always excellent at anytime day or night, and be sure to try out the cornbread dressing! Which is great!..................................
I would personally suggest? "Please think about the music-format for your elderly customers that can still hear?" A variety of music of all ages and race could be possible? I personally believe this entire Douglasville restaurant needs to be "re-thinked" by the corporate/franchise experts, especially the general manager, and or possible owner of this franchise or corporate location?................................
It could possibly mean more yearly revenue and or profits? By making simple and NOT drastic changes, especially the majority age group of customers that eat in this clean establishment each week on a regular basis?........................................

I'm all for businesses making money, but the mentality of so many managers just makes me laugh at 'em.
