Follow Your Favorite "Jersey Shore" Stars on Twitter

As much as I hate to admit it, when I was in the hospital for twelve days I got hooked on MTV's reality show Jersey Shore. I tried to avoid it as much as possible but it seemed like every time I went through the channels it was the only thing 'worth' watching. If you are a fan of the show or have a favorite house mate you might want to check out the action on Twitter. Most of them Tweet often but be prepared for some heavy pimping from them. Most of the Twitter accounts are 'verified' so you know that the posts are coming from the actual stars of the show, not someone posing as them. With more and more celebrities joining Twitter to stay in touch with their fans you do need to be careful when "following" individuals. Verified accounts will have a small "verified" logo and check mark on their page. This was implemented to cut down on bogus and fake accounts but just because an account isn't verified doesn't always mean that it isn't an authentic account. I only follow two of the cast members Tweets; at one point I followed all of them but seeing the same Tweets over and over got boring. If you are a fan of the show or are just curious as to what the Jersey Shore stars are up to in the off season you can subscribe to their Tweets with the option to 'unfollow' at any time.
