Follow the Steps God Has Laid Out For Mankind

As we consider the great marvels of modern life through advancing technology, it truly seems amazing how far the human race has come in just a few short years. The whole world watched and wondered as the first steps onto the surface of the moon were taken; declared to be "a small step for man, a giant step for mankind." What a marvelous prophetic statement that has proved to be! As a nation, The USA has led many nations in seeking to learn the secrets hidden in the universe, as we common men just watched and admired it all.

But I have some thoughts to offer to this small section of mankind that might happen across this article. It seems to me that there is a desperate need in our culture to begin to seek out an individual purpose and destiny for our own lives, and re-focus on finding what is hidden inside our own hearts. Let us all stop to consider wisdom. While applauding and admiring the achievements of others, let us look seriously to bringing needed change to personal change. Our children deserve the better and more noble efforts we were programmed for before birth. .

You might be thinking you do not qualify for great things. You could be full of low self-esteem, or full of the fear of the unknown. It might be that no one in your bloodline has ever really tried to come up out of the low places of generational habits and customs. Have you ever considered that every great deed and discovery began with one seed of a thought, a desire to accomplish the thought, and progressed from that into these many daring achievements we admire as a people?

I want to share with you that God yearns to know you and to direct your steps in new and bold paths to walk if you are willing. He marvels at any small step that mankind makes in the right direction of coming to the aid of others. Are you a person who has a heart toward God? When you look around you and see the trouble and sorrow of fellow human beings, does it grieve you? When one in your own family is lacking and hurting, do you desire to reach out and do all that you are able to do to help them? If you answered yes to those questions, I want to tell you have a heart that God is looking to move in. By choosing to step in the steps he has laid out for our lives, we can be equipped to bless humanity in ways we cannot even imagine.

God tells us in his word that a man is fearfully and wonderfully made. The limiting fact is that the generational garments we wear need changing. They are covering up the good things of faith and joy and good success he has stored up for us. We require a makeover. We must unlearn and then relearn. We must move away from living in mindsets that are ruled by fear and unbelief. Just one small step toward a changed heart attitude can become a giant step for your bloodline. God planned a great destiny for you before the foundation of the world, and is very passionate to guide you into that plan. He will turn willing hearts and minds toward the words and works of his son Jesus Christ, the Saviour of all men, and especially of those who believe!
