Fondue for Your Valentine in Ocala, Florida; The Melting Pot Restaruant

Can't think of anything to do for your Valentine? Take your special Valentine downtown on the square to Ocala's Melting Pot Restaurant. It's a romantic fondue for two you can't miss.

Since Ocala's Melting Pot is the only fondue restaurant anywhere near Citrus County Florida, that was the only choice I had for picking the best fondue restaurant in my area. I guess dippers can't be choosers in my neck of the woods. But at least the Melting Pot is a great place to go and is always a romantic dinner for two. The cheeses are divine, and the chocolate, "oh my"! Don't even get me started on the chocolate...it's a favorite for almost every woman I know. They won't be able to keep their hands off you when you're wielding that fondue fork with luscious strawberries dripping with melted chocolate....

You can also plan a nice surprise for your special Valentine with one of their special Valentine's Day celebration packages! It's a nice romantic deal for you & your sweetheart. If you chose to order this package Friday (Feb. 11, 2011),Saturday (Feb. 12, 2011) or Sunday (Feb. 13, 2011) you can still order off their regular menu, but on actual Valentine's Day; Monday the 14th they will only be serving the special Valentine's Day menu and package deal.

Part of the surprise for your Valentine which they can set up for you is roses. They have single roses, 3 roses or half a dozen roses that they can set up for you and have waiting on your table for you. See the Melting Pot website on their Reservations page for pictures and more information.

They even have vegetarian options and are recommended by The American Vegetarian Association. Besides their fabulous cheeses, chocolate and salad choices, they offer a very popular vegetarian entree that includes fresh vegetables, tofu, artichoke hearts, portabello mushrooms, and ravioli. Please also note that all of their cheeses are made with rennets of non-animal origin (vegetable and microbial only).

Ocala's Melting Pot restaurant offers one of their Facebook fans a $100 certificate every month just for being a fan. The Melting Pot also is great for other special occasions such as birthdays and date nights.
