Your skin is a part of your body that faces the world to see everyday. So keeping your skin healthy and looking its best if important to most people. Here is a list of some of the best food and drinks for your skin.

Sometimes you should feel like a nut. Almonds are great for the skin. They are jammed back with the vitamin E. Vitamin acts like an antioxidant that helps protect skin cells from UV light and other environmental factors that causes skin damage.

These are not just for your eyes. Carrots have tons of the vitamin A which is great for clearing up any breakouts. But not just to keep your skin clean but to prevent skin-cancer cells, some research shows that vitamin A can fight of these cells. So nibble away like a rabbit to healthy skin.

This is everyone woman's dream come true. Dark Chocolate is full of antioxidants which again protects against skin damage and can reduce roughness on the skin. So go ahead eat it guilt free its for your skin.

It is a wonder drink and does it all. Green tea has so many benefits people should not go a day without the stuff. It has antioxidants that help with anti-cancer properties. It also helps with sun damage and can reverse some of the damage that has already been done.

This is not just to keep Popeye strong. Spinach is a leady green that you should be eating. It can help prevent cancer. Some even say this yummy veggie can help repair and maintain DA, basically bolstering cells ability to renew thinks including your skin. Plus this veggie has a lot of water within it which helps keep your skin full of moisture. So go ahead have some spinach and feel as strong as Popeye as you fight away cancer.

This should not just be a Thanksgiving staple. The Sweet Potato is not only delicious but it filled with vitamin C. Vitamin C is essential to collagen protection. Instead of having to stick yourself with needles to replace that collagen why don't you just not let it leave in the first place. Keeping a sweet potato on you plate can be your fountain of youth. It can decrease the appearance of wrinkles now if that isn't a wonder spud I do not know what one is.

Last but not at all least the Tomato. The stuff that makes tomatoes red the leucopenia is great for eliminating skin-aging free radicals that were caused by ultraviolet rays. So add a few to your salad and your fighting aging on your skin.
