Thanksgiving Day means
football all day and eating
thirty pounds of food

Wait, there is still pie?
Apple pie and some ice cream?
Time to loosen belt
A turkey sandwich?
Do you know all I've eaten?
Eh, I'll still take it.
Dallas plays late game
Seems like just the perfect time
For a siesta.
Up early to shop?
Fine by me. So full I want
to lay down by eight.
