Food Product Review: Kraft's South Beach Living High Protein Cereal Bar Cinnamon Raisin

Every time I shop, I am looking for other health products to try. I came across Kraft's South Beach Living High Protein Cereal Bars the other day. Now, I had seen these bars on the market before but had never tried them. I thought this week I would give them a shot.

Kraft's South Beach Living Bars are sold in packs of 5 for around $5.00. They can be purchased online from several stores, Wal-Mart or your local grocery store. Serving size is one bar, which gives you 140 calories, 5g of fat, only 7g of sugar and 10g of protein.

This product I must say is by far the best tasting yet. It tastes sweet to satisfy your sweet tooth. It's like eating a regular candy bar but only healthy for you. I don't get time very often to take lunch at work; this is a great way to stop hunger and give you the energy you need. I am very impressed at how well this product tasted. I only wished that I had tried it sooner in stead of waiting for so long.

Those who would benefit from this product are those who are seriously trying to loose weight. It makes for a great snack or complete meal replacement when doing calorie restriction diets. You will find yourself wanting more and willing to try other flavors.

What I liked about this product is that it tasted very, very good. I thought for sure this product would taste horrible, as most health products do. I was quick to change my mind after the first bite. I also love the fact that this product not only tastes good but has plenty of vitamins, is high in protein and is low in fat.

What I didn't like about this product was that I felt it was a little high in sugar. I think also it is a bit over priced. The product itself is fine. I just think that it is competing with products that have more to offer in vitamins when it comes to pricing.

My overall opinion is that I think this is a great product, I do recommend it to others. Kraft's South Beach Bars make for a great sweet snack in between meals. This is one of the better bars out there on the market for good taste.

This product does warn that it has been manufactured on equipment that has been exposed to eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds and wheat.
