Two of the best leafy green vegetables for your hair health are spinach, swiss chard, and don't forget, broccoli! This micro nutrient also stimulates the antioxidants to work for your immune system, working to fight off many types of free radicals.
Carrots help the hair since they contain Vitamin A in the form of beta carotene. One cup of carrots every day will do wonders for your hair health. Besides hair, Vitamin A is also a cancer-fighting vitamin, preventing cancer cells from growing and multiplying.
