1.Water
Plain water is great for anyone wanted to lose weight. Not only does water keep you hydrated buy it can make you feel full. Replace all sugar drinks with plain water and keep a bottle with you at all times. Make water your drink of choice for weight loss. At least 1.5 litres a day to maintain a good health.If you drink your water ice cold your body will even use up a few calories warming it up to your body temperature.So, avoid cold water and just give it to your plant.
2. High Fiber Cereals
Cereals made with whole grains provide the fiber needed for proper digestion. These cereals will make you feel fuller for longer periods (eat with adding the low-fat milk). Try oatmeal topped with berries or cereals such as All-Bran and Fiber One which are very high in fiber.
3.Salads
Salads provide fiber and low calories as long as you don't pour on the dressing. A large salad will make you feel full. Try adding cucumbers, tomatoes, dark green lettuce, radishes and fresh herbs to your salad. A homemade dressing containing olive oil would be a heart healthy choice instead of a fat filled store bought dressing. If you must use these dressings use a lower fat version. It sure will help you. Even adietician will advise you to take a high carb food with salads.
4.Fish
Fish provide protein and heart healthy fats and should be part of any weight loss program. Fish can be used to replace the saturated fat found in red meat. Try a salmon burger instead of a hamburger. Serve fish with a plate of vegetables or a salad and avoid frying the fish.Plus, do you know that we still need protein even we have grown up completely. This is because protein will help in building new cells in growing our nails,hairs and lot of things.
5. Popcorn
Popcorn makes a great low calories snack. Use an air popper to make your popcorn and avoid using butter and salt. Four cups of air popped kernels will have around 100 calories and only I grams of fat. You also get some fiber with your popcorn. Make sure you only consume plain kernels and not the microwave types of popcorn which are full of additives and extra calories.
6. Nuts
Nuts such as almonds, peanuts, cashews and brazil nuts are packed with vitamins, minerals, as well as protein for energy. While nuts are high in calories they are very nutritious. Consume nuts in small quantities such as one handful. They are perfect for snacks and the protein in nuts will keep you full longer. Avoid nuts coated in salt and flavorings.
Try adding some of these foods to your diet for help with your weight loss. Eating more fruits, vegetables, and other whole foods will help too. Make sure you are not lazy to do some work out. Not the heavy one because it can built muscle from your fat, not reducing it. Try to walk or jog for 30 mins everyday.
