Hot wings
1 lb of chicken wings
1 and 1/2 cup Red Hot hot sauce
Half a stick of butter
1- 1 gallon plastic storage bag with 1/4 filled with flour.
Pepper, lemon pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder
Grab a pound of Chicken wings, and cut them in parts and discard the wing. Season the wings with the dry ingredients, just sprinkle a few shakes on both sides of the chicken. Put chicken in plastic storage bag, close bag and shake until the chicken is coated with the flour. Remove chicken from bag, and place in skillet of cooking oil (your of cooking oil to use). Once chicken is done take out of cooking oil and let drain on some paper towels. In the mean time melt some butter either on the stove in a skillet or in the butter is done mix the butter with the Hot Sauce, once the mixture is done take your cooked wings and dip them in the hot sauce mixture and coat them evenly. Put wings on a platter and serve them to your guest. Make sure you have plenty of water to go around for this football appetizer.
Hot dogs (Chili optional)
1 - box of Oscar Meyer wieners in a box(30 hotdogs)
4 - bags of Hot dog Buns
Ketchup, Mustard, pickles, diced onions, hot peppers, tomatoes, Chili optional
Boil the hotdogs in a large pot until they are done about 15 to 20 minutes; take the hotdogs out of the water as needed. Put the hotdog on buns and place on a Platter. For the other ingredients, dice up some tomatoes, onions, hot peppers, and pickles. Go to the dollar store and grab a few decorative bowls to place your ingredients in.
