Great Snacks for Game Day

Randy Jones
Finally!!!!. Football season come upon us again. This means tail gate parties and cook outs and just getting together with friends and family for game day. Since I have curved my budget a little this year I found a few good snacks that will be a score with the biggest fan on game day.

The first one is Banquet Chicken Tenders. These little gems are inexpensive at around four to five dollars a bag. One bag will feed about four fans. Now my little twist on these is that I buy the original so I can accommodate all taste. For me I like to sprinkle a little hot sauce on mine or Cajun powder. This adds a little zing for the spice enthusiast. Remeber to pre heat the oven to 425 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes and your done. For a quicker method you can always nuke them to.

Another great game food is the ever favorite melted cheese with chili. This can cover corn chips or be a dip as well. With this you can add some pretzels or celery sticks and you my friend have a nice little game day snack menu. These may not be for everyone's taste but for myself I can say not only have they worked out pretty good but saved about twenty bucks on the over all get together. So try them if you choose and let me know what you think.
