Football Season for Campbell Middle School

Football season is well underway in Campbell, the children have been practicing since the beginning of August. Parents are gearing up to get this year off to a great start and with school starting in just a few days - everything just gets better. The best news is after today, no more games until September 9th, this should get everyone back on track to start their classes and get those supplies for school.

This year's participants included enough players for two separate teams, the 7th and 8th grade teams. Today is the second scrimmage the teams will play - today against Boardman Center, in Boardman. Parents looking for the online schedule, it is not yet available at the Middle School site - http://www.campbell.k12.oh.us/ currently you can view previous years' pictures for all sports at the site.

Eighth grade and seventh grade teams will each get a chance to play and the schedule is set for home games for 8th graders on September 9, at 5PM -see the Red Devils play against Struthers. On September 30th, 5PM home against Salem, October 7th home against Champion, and October 21st home against Newton Falls. Away games include Brookfield - 09/16 5PM, LaBrae - 09/23 5PM, and Girard - 10/14 5PM.
