Post a Commentmy pleasure sister Carol:) You are in a family of immortals
Thank you for your thoughts, Richard. My family copes because of all the good memories. She and my dad were married for 63 years. They had 11 children. We have a whole lot of memories to keep us going.
She isn't gone sister Carol:) you are real, your brain is real, your memories are real, the images of her in your mind are real, your emotions are real. As long as we remember anything in our heart, it lives.
Thank you all for your prayers and kind comments. It's been a year now and sometimes I still forget she's gone.
I trust God has kept you strong during this time. You are a living celebration of your Mother's life on Earth & you will be together again. Luv Pat
Thank you for your comments and your kind words. My mom lived a long and wonderful life, a life worth celebrating; and she did it with kindness and joy every step of the way. It's hard, but she was in a lot of pain these last years. At least that has ended.
What a lovely tribute and sympathies for your loss.
I am so sorry for your loss. A few words is all you needed. Great!
Carol I am so sorry for your loss. Believe me I understand. I lost my mother on September 2, 2007. I can still see her face the last time I saw her alive. She looked at me, placed her hand on my employee badge, looked at the picture and smiled. I miss her every day. But I always take comfort in remembering that I loved her but God loved her best. May God comfort and keep you during this time of loss.
Sorry for your loss~
This is a potent poem. Blessings-rd
