For Fathers: Having Trouble Seeing Your Kids?

If you are a father and are having trouble seeing your kids due to an ex wife, then I can truly understand what you are going through. Especially, if she has re-married and her new husband has a big influence in her decision making. Being a father in today's world is very hard, especially if you are divorced and have remarried yourself. It may be that your ex wife has not gotten over the situation and is taking it out on you and controlling your kids in the process.

This type of manipulation and control, when considering the visitation rights of the father, can be quite challenging. There are fathers that do want to see their kids and spend time with them, but sometimes the ex wife will not allow it or will make a fathers life more difficult for them. I have had first hand experience with this in my current situation. There were times that I couldn't even see my kids because she chose not to. I even had custody documentation that proves that I was able to see them, but still a no go.

Did you know that the police couldn't even help me out either? The best way to tackle this is to have a supervised exchange, at hand. A supervised exchange is pretty much what it sounds like. You will have a middle man that will be there to assist you if manipulation or control is being displayed from the ex wife. Personnel in a supervised exchange, documents everything and the courts just love this. This works in favor of fathers, especially if you do not have primary custody of your kids.

In a supervised exchange, you will have no more issues with your ex wife. This is because all dialogue will have to go through the personnel that is in charge of the facility, instead of the ex wife. A lot of fathers do no know about this and this can be quite helpful to them. Just make sure it says it in your current custody papers and all will work out for you in the end. Good luck and I hope that this will be able to help fathers that are struggling to see their kids.
