Forbes Magazine End of 2010 List of Richest Celebrities

Forbes Magazine recently released their list of some of richest celebrities and entertainers at the end of 2010. As you go through this list, you will probably notice that my name is not on there. I guess it must be because I'm not considered a celebrity or entertainer. It could also have something to do with the fact that you need an income with a few more figures in it then mine has in it. All kidding aside though, here is a list of some of those rich guys and gals in the entertainment field at the end of 2010 according to Forbes Magazine.

1. Oprah Winfrey: Oprah was at the top of the list with an estimated worth of $315 million. As rich as Oprah is, I do admire this classy lady. She gives a lot of herself and her money to the entire world. I wish her well as embarks on her new projects in 2011.

2. James Cameron: Number 2 on Forbes list with $210 million, James Cameron is a pioneer in directing having recently completed the incredible "Avatar".

3. Tyler Perry: Director and playwright Tyler Perry, was listed as being one of the richest in Hollywood with $125 million.

4. Michael Bay: This movie producer was listed number 4 on Forbes list with his $120 million.

5. Tiger Woods: I was surprised at Tiger Woods being listed as the 5th richest celebrity with $105 million. I would have guessed that he wouldn't be quite that rich anymore, having gone through that highly publicized divorce in 2010. I guess there's a lot of money to be made if you're a good professional golfer, although Tiger was at an all-time low with his golf performances in 2010, it seemed like. Never the less, he's not poor moneywise, I must say.

6. Steven Spielberg: This Hollywood mogul was number 6 on Forbes list of the richest people in the entertainment industry at the end of 2010 with his $100 million.

7. Jerry Bruckheimer: This gentlemen was tied with Steven Spielberg with his $100 million. I bet he doesn't feel to bad about this tie.

8. George Lucas: This top notch Hollywood entertainer is one of my favorite personalities in the world of entertainment. Coming in on Forbes list as number 8 with $95 million is quite impressive, I think.

9. Beyonce: This singer was the only musician listed on Forbes List of the top ten richest entertainers at the end of 2010, with a whopping $87 million.

10. Dr. Phil: At the bottom of Forbes top 10 richest celebrities list was Dr. Phil with $80 million. I wouldn't mind even if I was at the bottom with a figure like that, though.

Some of the other top paid entertainers in 2010 included Madonna, Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift, just to name a few. They may not have made Forbes Magazine richest celebrities list at end of 2010, but their incomes were also very impressive.
