Forever 21 Opens in New York's Times Square

Would you like to find the best trend right fashion for a decent price in midtown New York City. Go to Times Square, head past Planet Hollywood and step into three floors of brightly lit fashion apparel, accessories, and shoes at Forever 21. This store has a lot of positives going for it other than the trendy apparel.

For starters the layout of the store is fabulous. The entry level is wide open and clear of racks so that you are not tripping over product as you enter. The space is wide open, lit with incredible chandeliers in an all white and glittering atmosphere. Escalators to the lower levels are directly in the center and cash registers are straight ahead and shimmering behind them is an incredible wall collage.

While the entry level presented some key color stories of apparel we quickly felt that the better shopping experience would be on the next level down. Here we found that product was organized into key trending ideas.
Ultra feminine looks showcasing lace, bows, pastels, nude pinks, satin fabrics,and floaty layers was one focus. Another area was dedicated to denim from dark to light, short to skinny to tight and stretch. Tops in asymmetrical cuts, detailed in chains, and printed with logos from Disney and hello kitty were key items. The big news was the newest niche for larger sizes. It was really pleasing to see that Forever 21 has extended trend to young women of all shapes and sizes.

The very best bargain item at forever 21 are dresses. Tween and teen girls can find very reasonably priced strapless, one shoulder,and maxi dresses of all colors,prints and patterns here. Getting dressed up no longer has to cost a fortune. Its also great to be able to find accessories that coordinate with the trending looks in the same location. The focus at forever 21 is on offering the looks in the fashion magazines at prices every girl can afford. There are always a lot of sizes available in each style on the racks, and usually color choices as well. The layout of the store was effective because we were able to find the type of looks each of us preferred easily.
We did not have to sift through product because the types of trends were so clearly defined by the areas they were set up in. Mannequins throughout the levels showed how to mix and match the trends, accessories , and color palettes.

The store is large and we went early on a Saturday morning. As it began to get more crowded I still noted that the sheer size of the location kept the shopping experience enjoyable. The dressing rooms were large, well lit, and had nice size mirrors.

Men's and women's apparel are both at this location and we saw a great many young couples shopping together!

All in all, Forever 21 is a fun place to shop with a friend, daughter, boyfriend, or just on you own!
