Chrono Trigger Figurines Are Extremely Rare in the Toy Market

Squaresoft's Chrono Trigger is one of the best video games of all time according to www.gamespot.com. This game was released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System back in 1995. Unlike most role playing games during the 1990s, Chrono Trigger was one of the few RPG games to feature an "active time battle" system. The battle system was addictive to gamers because it was not repetitive like most battle systems in other RPG games. Anyway, a company by the name of Formation Arts has actually released the very first figurines from Chrono Trigger. Formation Arts has been known to produce figurines based off of the characters from games that were published by the Square-Enix company. The Chrono Trigger figurines are actually miniature statues made out of PVC rather than ceramic material. The average statue measures approximately three and half inches and possesses incredible detail. All statues look like they were hand painted, but don't worry because they were clearly done with precision.

As previously mentioned, the miniature statues/figurines from Formation Arts feature all seven of the playable characters from the first Chrono Trigger game. Marle, Frog, Magus, Lucca, Robo, Ayla, and Chrono all make their debuts as statues for the first time ever. There are really no downsides to these figures since they are pretty much flawless. They look like they jumped out from the television screen and onto your hands. The prices for these items are reasonable since they are smaller than average figures at only three inches tall. Each statue will cost you about ten to fourteen dollars without the shipping price. You can now preorder these little guys at online shops since they will not be in stock until early October. I recommend on getting the boxed set if you are really a Chrono Trigger fan. The boxed set comes with four different statues, but there is fifth one out there that you can only obtain if you purchase the Japanese boxed set which contains six little boxes.

If you want to receive these figures before October, then you must check out www.eBay.com because sellers from Hong Kong are selling them individually for about twenty dollars. I would only recommend this if you cannot wait after September, but that is only if you are willing to pay extra cash. As for myself, I plan on buying the collectible Japanese boxed version of these figures around October.
