Former Playboy Bunny Kendra Wilkinson Weight Loss Post Baby

Kendra Wilkinson, the former pole dancing Playboy bunny who starred in the reality show The Girls Next Door, is getting ready to get back in shape after giving birth only a few weeks ago. She is getting a plan ready for getting back to her original 110 pounds after gaining 55 pounds during pregnancy.

In OK! Magazine she said she is going to lose the weight and get in the best shape of her life.

So how is Kendra Wilkinson going to lose weight after having the baby?

Kendra has already lost 20 pounds in the three weeks after giving birth despite not being able to exercise yet. In the magazine Kendra said,

"The doctor said I can't exercise until after six weeks, but getting up and down in the middle of the night - feeding him, changing him and soothing him when he's crying - is my ab workout already!
Kendra Wilkinson also revealed some of her diet tips for weight loss such as drinking fruit smoothies and getting back into exercise soon. She feels that she will be able to quickly lose weight and get her former Playboy body back in no time. As she said: "I'm gonna be a hot mama!"

Soon Kendra Wilkinson wants to incorporate exercise back into her routine to help her lose weight. She now plans to incorporate martial arts, swimming and squats into her routine. When asked what her goal was Kendra said, "It's time to get my butt back into shape. That's my goal."

Formerly Kendra has opted for pole dancing as fun and sexy way to get in shape and lose weight. At one point on her blog she mentioned plans for her own special line of sports poles for women who want to pole dance to get in shape and lose weight:

"as you know im an outdoors girl so its hard to find fun ways to exercise in my house that keep me from getting bored. im like a little monkey and love to swing around on things haha so thats why i decided to create my own line of sports poles which will be coming out soon!!!!!"
Kendra got started in pole dancing for fitness after taking a class by fitness instructor Estee Zakar. She became a huge fan and spoke about the exercise often before her pregnancy saying,
"ive definitely hit the pole a time or two just for fun but wanted to learn the best ways to use it to get my body in smokin shape and look hottttt while doing it. i decided to take a professional lesson and had fitness instructor Estee Zakar come to my house to show me how to swing like a pro! its one of those things that people think they could never do but its a LOT easier than it looks...TRUST ME!!!! this is one of the best ways to work out and at the same time get your significant other worked up."
Kendra might not be going back to pole dancing now that she is a mom, but she definitely shows how important it is to try new fitness activities and find something enjoyable that will help lead to weight loss.
