Potatoe Salad
5 slices crispy fried bacon chopped
5 tbs. dill relish
4 boiled eggs
1 cup mayonaise
1 med. onion diced
Sprinkle with paprika
8 potatoes

Cucumber Salad
1 cup vinegar white
6 cucumbers sliced
2 tomatoes chopped
1 med. Onion diced

I believe in the traditional cook out a nice smoked brisket with home made sauce with all the trimmings.

Mix first two together
1 cup honey
1/4 cup worshishire sauce
Base the brisket w/sauce
Place organge slices over brisket
Wrap brisket in foil cook in smoker , smoke over night for best results.

Cantalope Pie
cantalope diced
2 boxes vanilla pudding
cool whip for topping
mix cantalope into pudding
pour into pie crust
top with cool whip
