Foscue Park Campground, located at 1800 Lock and Dam Road, Demopolis, Alabama, on Demopolis Lake, which is 10,000 acres and provides lots of entertainment for RVers who choose to stay here, whether they are in the area for work or for pleasure.

With two campgrounds, there is lots of room for those who may be working in the Pennington, Alabama area. These two campgrounds have a total of 54 RV sites, 49 of which are full hooks ups meaning that they have water, sewer and 50 amp electric service. There are also 5 RV sites that only have 50 amp electric service and water.

Rver can make reservations for the Foscue Park Campground as late as 2 days before they arrive here. Check in for the campground is 4 pm and check out is 3 pm. There is a 2 night minimum stay for those who are planning on camping on a weekend. Also, there is a limit of 2 vehicles per RV site and a limit of 8 people per RV site.

On the property, RVers will find a full service marina, a boat launch, accessible restrooms, a comfort station, a courtesy dock and a dump station. There is also a flush toilet, an interpretive trail, a playground and potable water. Also, RVers will find a dump station, showers, a laundry and a telephone for their use. An attendant is on duty each day as well. Pets welcome as long as they are on a 6' leash and they can not be taken into any of the buildings on the park.

Day use and primitive camping are also welcome at this park. The hours for day use are 6 am to 10 pm. Day use guests have the same opportunity to use the amenities found on the park as the overnite guests.

Extended stay welcome during off peak season. During peak season guests can only stay 14 days unless there are extenuating circumstances then the guests can request an extension for another 7 days. These circumstances include the camper or their family having urgent medical needs, or if the camper's vehicle breaks down or if there is imminent weather occurring. Also, the extension can be granted if the park is experiencing a low visitation period.
