If you're looking for a great frozen pizza that taste good and has lots of good cheeses and vegetables then try Fotis and Son's Spinach and Feta Pita bread pizza. It is loaded with toppings that are wholesome and good for you.

These pita pizza's come in a 9 ounce box and the crust is 3.5 ounces and the toppings are 5.5 ounces. This pizza has tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese as well as spinach and feta cheese and fire roasted red bell peppers. This pizza also has onions and a touch of olive oil and oregano for that extra flair.

This pizza has no preservatives and is all natural with it's ingredient's. This pizza is hand made and the serving size is 4 with this pizza. Each serving size will give you 150 calories. There is 6 grams of total fat inside this pizza and the calories from fat is 60.

There is no trans fats in this pizza and there is 290 milligrams of sodium inside. There is only 15 milligrams of carbohydrates with this pizza and 15 grams of total carbohydrates. Fiber is 1 gram and the best for me with this pizza is that it's loaded with protein. The protein is 7 grams per serving.

There is only 2 grams of sugar with this pizza and you'll receive 10% of your daily Iron eating this pizza as well as 20% of your daily Vitamin A. You'll also snag 20% of your daily Calcium with this pizza. This pizza may be a frozen product but the end result taste great!

The baking instructions are easy. You simply bake at 450 degrees and bake the pizza for about 12 to 15 minutes. You may also elect to cook this inside your toaster oven. If you would like to cook it in the toaster then set the temperature to 375 and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until cheese begins to melt.
