Photo calendars are really cool. You can use these calendars as wallpaper, email them to friends, or print them out. In this tutorial, I am going to show you an easy way to create photo calendars in FotoSlate. To create this calendars, we will use the wizard. To get started, you will need to open your program and exit out of the pop up box that opens. I will show you how to create these calendars from your main window.

Opening Your Wizard in FotoSlate 4

Let's begin with opening your wizard. At the top of your program, you will see a row of buttons or icons, which ever you prefer to call them. You will need to look for the Wizard button and click the arrow that is right beside it. That will open a menu and in that menu, you will need to select the Calendar option. That will pop up the calendar wizard.

Choosing Your Calendar Settings in FotoSlate 4

In the first section, you will need to select the page option. You can choose the portrait option or the landscape option. Then you will need to select the layout of the calendar you want to use. In the bottom panel, you will see the layouts that are available for the calendar. Click the different layouts to see a preview of them in the right panel. Once you have found the one you want to use, click the Next button at the bottom of the window.

In the next section, you will need to select the calendar options. Simply change the options to what you want and click the Next button at the bottom of the box to continue on.

In the next section, you can choose to have holidays added to the calendar. You can drop the top box down and select your country. Then you can set the fonts for the different sections of the calendar by clicking the buttons and changing your font. Next, you can select special days and choose the color you want the days to be. Click Finish at the bottom of the box to complete the wizard.

You will now be returned to your main window where you can see your calendar. You can now add the photo or photos of your choice to the calendar. Open the photos in the left panel and then drag the photos to the slots in your calendar. When you are finished, you can save the calendar and do what you like with it.
