Cocoa, a dog in California has been confined to a garage and is getting more depressed with his living situation which has gone on for a long period of time. The MRR Rehoming Assistance Program has been attempting to find the five-year-old Retriever mix who is in desperate need of a home, a new place to live. The dog is very laidback, gets along with other dogs, loves kids, walks, and the water. His family cannot keep him past May 20th. They say they do not have enough space for him where they are living so they have confined him to the garage where he has been unhappy since being there, according to sources who have been dealing with the canine. (Source: Modjeska Ranch Rescue).

Cocoa is neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and house-trained.
