I am a professional sweeper. I enter and win sweepstakes daily as a hobby. Sometimes it can be a very lucrative hobby, but mostly I enter for fun. I have found that there are 4 main tips for winning sweepstakes. If you follow these tips you will be a winner too.

1) Download a form filler

This is vital tool to use when trying to win sweepstakes online. A form filler is essentially a handy tool that fills in your basic information such as your name, address, phone number and date of birth; all at the click of a mouse. You simply type your information into the form filler, save it, and you are ready to enter. The appeal of the form filler is obvious. This tool will save you hours and hours of typing. It is also very accurate. As long as you have typed in the information correctly, it should populate the fields correctly. There are, of course, some exceptions to this; however, the overwhelming majority of forms will be accurate. I always suggest a quick review of the entry before submitting the form for winning. Robo form, which is the one I use, is even customizable. This is a great feature when the sweepstake is requiring information that is not standard, such as a response to a question or a required essay. Google also has a form filler that is downloadable with their toolbar and Foxfire also has a feature to save forms. Whichever filler you use, it will be a great help in winning sweepstakes.

2) Enter

I know that sound so elementary, but it really is just that simple. The average sweeper will win 1 prize per 100 sweepstakes they enter. The faster you can get to those 100 sweepstakes entries the faster you will win prizes. The more you enter the more you will win.

3) Selection Matters

I like to win. I enter sweepstakes that give away a lot of prizes and are easy to win. My favorite sweepstakes to enter are the sweepstakes sponsored by the drink companies. There is nothing more disappointing than realizing after the sweepstakes is over that you disqualified yourself. You must read the rules. Make sure to pay special attention to the wording in the rules with regards to the start and end date of the sweepstakes. Also, pay attention to how often you can enter. Some sweepstakes will allow you to enter daily, some every 24 hours, some weekly and still others, one time only. Make sure you know when the sweepstakes starts, when it ends, how frequently you can enter, and how to enter. All of this information can be found in the official rules for each sweepstakes.
