WINTER
When the earth is hard and cold,
Icy sidewalks are patrolled.
Never daunted, children romp,
Tucking pants in boots, they clomp.
Each and every frozen pace
Reveals a chilly, rosy face.

Yepper that sounds like winter in some places .... today here it is around 80 degrees and i have been outside working on my garden .......lol . Good Job Miss Linda
I love winter, it is the only time I am really comfortable since I can't take the heat well since I had polio. Wonderful poem. At least this time of year I can breath better, now if the old bones didn't hurt, I'd be in great shape. Guess we can't have it all. hahahah!
You are so talented! Keep up the good work!
Clever. We can't get the grandkids to go outdoors most days, but yesterday it was 5 degrees and they were playing outside. Go figure....
