Four Steps to a Beautiful Face

Tara Darity
We all want beautiful skin. That's a fact. It will take some effort and great products to get the beautiful skin you have always dreamed of. Here are four easy steps to a flawless face. You should follow in this order.

Cleanse: You need to wash your face to remove dirt, oil and makeup. Wash your face twice a day. Take your time and massage the cleanser all over your face. Choose a cleanser specific to your skin type and skin issues you may have. I use Clean & Clear Morning Burst Shine Control Facial Cleanser. I have very oily skin so this product is perfect for me.

Exfoliate: Exfoliating removes the surface layer of dead cells. This will reduce the appearance of fine lines. It will also unclog pores which will help with breakouts. Rub the product all over face in small circular motions. Do not over exfoliate. This can cause permanent skin problems. You should exfoliate three to four times a week. I prefer to do it every other day. I use Noxzema Long Lasting Citrus Scrub. This product leaves your face very smooth and oil free.

Tone: Toners support your skins protective barrier. This will make your skin less sensitive to damage. A good toner tightens and reduces the appearance of large pores. I have very large pores and have tried a lot of products with no improvement. I have been using a new product for a week and already see a noticeable difference. It is Clean & Clear Daily Pore Toner. Apply toner with cotton ball or pad.

Moisturize: Moisturizers will rehydrate your skin and help to repair damage. A common myth is that you only need to moisturize if you have dry skin. Every skin type should moisturize. I use Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturizer. This moisturizes my face and helps prevent breakouts.

You do not need to buy these specific products. I use these because of my oily skin type. Choose products for dry, oily, sensitive and combination skin depending on your skin type. Here is a short quiz to help determine you skin type. Following these four steps will dramatically improve the condition of your skin.

I'm a skin abuser, and am not proud of it. My daughter is actually teaching me some things about this, I never really paid attention to my skin. Good info.
