Located a few blocks up from Market Street in Center City, Philadelphia, South Street is known for its artsy feel. Home of a Virgin Records store, a huge poster shop, antique book stores, and all other kinds of artsy venues, South Street is a tourist's dream. And for a good cheese steak you can visit Jim's steaks, a place that usually has people lined up around the corner or other popular steak venues such as Pat's or Geno's. Even if you're not an artsy person, you simply cannot say you went to Philadelphia without visiting South Street. There's something for everyone there.
