Four Vacations of a Lifetime: Space Flight, World Tour, Ice Hotel and Private Islands

Looking for the vacation of a lifetime? The following are the ultimate in vacations in my opinion, and will give you a great story to tell for the rest of your life! Virgin Galactic Space Flight

Have you traveled everywhere possible on planet Earth? Perhaps you should take a trip to space. Virgin Galactic is taking reservations for private space flights. You will leave from Spaceport America located in New Mexico. A tour of the beautiful spaceport might be a wonderful trip in its own right. National Geographic World Tour

If you have an extra $75,000 and a month to kill, why not take a trip around the world with the leaders in exploration? The National Geographic Society offers three trips around the world to choose from: Around the World by Private Jet, Legendary Cultures by Private Jet, or Places of a Lifetime by Private Jet. I highly recommend the Places of a Lifetime tour, as you get to travel with legendary National Geographic Explorer in Residence, Dr. Wade Davis. ICEHOTEL

Sleep comfortably in a hotel made entirely out of snow and ice in northern Sweden! Stay from December through April, with earlier dates providing the best opportunity to see the Northern Lights and hotel construction. Later dates allow you to enjoy the completed hotel. Rent a Private Island

If you want to travel, but do not want to deal with people, this is the vacation for you. Rent an island from places around the world. There are some cheap rentals, but be sure to look for amenities like safety, infrastructure and hospitals to name a few. Getting there may require a little extra effort too.
