Four Ways that Two and a Half Men Could Continue

Bridget Ilene Delaney
It has been confirmed that Ashton Kutcher will replace Charlie Sheen in Two and a Half Men . What is not known is what will happen to the sitcom. Will Kutcher do a good job so that the sitcom stays at it's number one spot? Kutcher does not look like Sheen, so what will happen?

Here are four possible scenarios for what will happen in the next season of Two and a Half Men .

Charlies Moves and Alan Inherits the House

Charlie may move and Alan will then inherit the Malibu beach house. Because of expenses, he will need a roommate and Kutcher will play that roommate. Kutcher could be an alcoholic womanizer like Charlie or since Alan has started to become more of a womanizer, Kutcher could play a straight-laced character.

Charlie Moves and Kutcher Inherits the House

Charlie may move and then Kutcher will play a distant relative or friend that Charlie said gets the house. Alan will have to deal with living with this person or have to figure out how to move out of the house, along with Jake, who lives with him on weekends.

Charlie and Everybody Move

Charlie moves far away, but Alan wants to stay because of his chiropractic business. Charlie sells the Malibu beach house causing Alan to have to find another place to live. Alan either finds a place and asks for a roommate or he finds somebody looking for roommates, so he and Jake, who lives with Alan on weekends, can move into the house or apartment. The sitcom changes to having to deal with living in a different situation.

Charlie Dies

Charlie could die, which isn't too far-fetch because of his alcohol problem. Alan then has to deal with arrangements for the funeral and what to do with the house. He and Jake, who lives with Alan on weekends, decide to stay there. Kutcher could be an old friend of Charlie's or a real estate agent. Instead of helping to sell the house, Kutcher moves into the house after Alan persuades him to live there as he loves the Malibu coast.

I think they should fast-forward time... Charlie dies and a divorced or widowed older Jake (Kutcher) moves in with his son. Alan somehow moves in with them and hence they regain the original title of the show 2 and a half men... I am a genious lmao!!

    All great ideas.

There is a way to accomodate everyone, including Charlie Harper/Sheen; Charlie Harper has a car accident and is in a coma. That way a Charlie Harper replacement will be an open option, as a Charlie Sheen, occasional guest, or cameo, Otherwise the car accident, could have resulted in plastic surgery, altering Charlie Harpers appearance. Open ended options are the $martest way to move on. After all Charlie Sheen was graceous enough to move on and give Ashton Cute-cher his blessing, wan'nt he ?

will never carry the show. in addition, as good as two and a half men was, chuck lorre's other show do nothing for me.

its hard to imagine how they can segway into a life with ashton without charlie's cooperation and appearance. maybe rose kills charlie and goes to a psych facility...anyway you slice it, without an appearance by charlie, they'll have to kill him somehow and that will be an insult to charlie and all of the show's fans. if he just goes missing with some excuse, (gets married, moves away, goes to jail, etc.), it'll be a cheap and tacky. i dont see how they can do it in good taste. a couple of other things, there's NO WAY they can use charlie's house as their set anymore...it'll never fly. whether charlie is there or not, it'll always be charlie's house, period. lastly, ashton is going to have to become a really good actor really quick because his typical immature behavior (whether it's the 70's show type character, the not so big leap to his punked show or anything ive seen in between because...) that kind of adolescence will never carry t

I don't know but kind of like the ending that Charlie loses the house in a card game.

I like Asthon, I think He'll do great!!

Another option is that Charlie goes broke and loses the house in a card game to Kutcher.
