Grilling Recipes and Fast Food Party Ideas

Start with the non-alcoholic beverages, including iced tea. You can make many different types of iced teas with herbal teas, black teas, red teas, white teas and more with these iced tea recipes.

Next, prepare at least two types of salads for your holiday guests.

Make on a salad based on greens, and also make a pasta salad, like this Italian Pasta Salad.

Be sure to have some vegetables on hand to throw on the grill tocomplement the Fourth of July meal.

You will also need to have the right spices to grill beef, including hamburgers and steak for your Fourth of July BBQ.

Another way to flavor meats on grill, not just beef, but chicken, pork, and even fish is to use flavored wood chips.

Don't forget about dessert!

Make a healthy dessert of grilled tropical fruit while you have the grill fired up.

Or you can bake a healthy and festive Blueberry-Strawberry Roulade. This healthy summer dessert recipe wont' break your diet, either!

Happy Fourth of July!
