Fox Forest Forest Townhomes Offer Spacious Comfort

Fox Forest Townhomes are located in Plymouth, Minnesota. For nearly 3 years, I was proud to call Fox Forest my home. Fox Forest Townhomes are 2 or 3 bedroom townhouses that are available for rent.

Nearly all units are 2 stories, with the bedrooms on the top and the living room, kitchen, ½ bath, and dining area on the main floor. Each unit also features a sliding glass door with a small cement patio. The patio area includes a divider wall for privacy from your
neighbors. Each townhouse also includes a 2 car garage stall. The garage is not connected to your townhouse, but it is usually just a short walk. When I lived there, I was very lucky and mine was actually right in front of my unit, just about 7 steps from my front door. Some garages even have back entrances to the garage from the lawn, though mine just had entrance from the front garage door only. With some units, you will have a great view from your living room of a forest reserve. Other units (including mine) give you just a plain view of the back of the garages, though these units are less expensive to rent.

The amenities inside the townhomes include stacked washer/dryer in the kitchen and dishwasher. The ½ bath on the main level is very useful. The second level bathroom has a full bathtub, sink, and toilet. My bathroom was a square shape, but was plenty large. The master bedroom has a door to the bathroom as well. The master bedroom is a great size, plenty spacious. It was large enough for my double bed, dresser, desk, armoire, and a large treadmill! The master bedroom has a very spacious walk in closet as well. The second bedroom (or 3^rd bedroom if you choose a 3 bedroom unit) is a standard size with a regular wall closet. The living room and dining area are a good size. Off of the kitchen, you get a large walk in pantry closet which raps around under the stairs. Our unit was plenty spacious, nearly 1200 sq ft. The décor in the units is early 90's, neutral carpet, white walls. The staff will allow you to paint, but make sure to do a bang up job repainting the walls white when you leave. They will charge you if you do a poor job (trust me on this one!).

Fox Forest Townhomes have a small office located on the property, with staff present daily for questions or to provide maintenance. They have someone available with a pager for maintenance emergencies. The complex has a walking trail that is located right next to the forest reserve, perfect for walking your dog! Yes, the complex allows dogs, which is one of the main reasons I moved in. The walking trail can take you as far as Medicine Lake, which is located just ¼ mile away from the townhouses. They have a swimming beach, picnic area, and trails as well.

Fox Forest Townhomes are located in Plymouth, at Hwy 55 and Magnolia Lane. They are easy to find and only 10-15 minutes from Downtown, Minneapolis.
