It seems that Bill O'Reilly takes the position that the disclosure of the Congressman's antics (?) was a political act right before the election. Here we go again, blame Bill Clinton for everything: failure to stop terrorists and anything else that the Administration finds unpleasant.
My personal favorite is the Republican criticism of Mr. Clinton that he was distracted by the Monica scandal. Who created the distraction? We now have a new definition of "chutzpah"!
