Fragment - Silence III
The radio screams
1:59 AM and Brahms's
cello threatens
to wake
the neighborhood -
it matters
not.
Nothing matters
except
the deafening
silence
in the raging cacophony
of horsetail,
catgut - the
string and bow
bleeding
sound
and silence
to the night airs.
