France Wakes Up While American Democrat Leaders are Trying to Put Us Back to Sleep
Why is it, that when people find themselves in near squalor? Like high taxes, high unemployment, stagnant economy and sub par healthcare, all one has to do is run as a conservative candidate, explain your position clearly, and not back down or apologize when attacked by news media or socialist radicals on comments one makes and deemed controversial. While the new french president promises broad and sweeping changes. He outlined exactly what his plans were, no double talk, no trying to be everything to everyone. Well when I checked on his policies and ideology, they fall right in line with any true conservative running right now. Smaller government, less government intervention, lower taxes(works everytime it has been done, that's why we hit 13,240 on the stock market) even JFK in an economic speech said that cutting taxes will help grow the economy and it wasn't going to be just a shot in the arm. On the other hand. What do democratic liberals stand for? They want to grow government, regulate your private life, redistribute wealth, stifle free enterprise, socialize healthcare, abortion on demand, gay rights, destroy the family structure, get rid of religion, especially Christianity, (These are all part of the Marxist manifestos) while giving islam a pass, they want you to drive butt-plugs and lawnmowers to prevent global warming(greatest hoax perpetrated since the Piltdown man). Democrats/liberals don't believe we are in a fight for our very own survival and way of life. They can't comprehend that there are people in this world that would have us living in the 14th century. They are lulling America back to sleep with a pre 911 mentality. "Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain". In case anyone needs to be clarified on this, we are not fighting terrorism, we are at war with radical islam, a fanatic and dangerous ideology, how much clearer does it need to be. Bush has said at the onset of this conflict. "This war is unlike any other we have ever been in. We are not fighting a uniformed enemy under one flag, it also will be a protracted war that can last for 10 years plus, and may not end in our lifetime, we will go after countries that sponsor terrorism or and this is a big or, harbor them". Unfortunately, Americans, especially on the left, have forgotten these words thanks to a biased media that is taking our eyes off the proverbial ball. This is also why we, who believe in this conflict find ourselves constantly trying to re argue over and over why we're there. It's much more important to read about Paris Hilton's DWI, or Brittney's beaver shot,or who's the father of a dead playboy bunny's baby than being a patriotic homer for the greatest nation this world has ever known. I can tell you this much. One of the problems the islamic radicals have with us is the decadent lifestyle we lead. The gays, transgender and so on. I'll leave you with this thought. If, and may God forbid, if Islam ever takes over America, you hollywood leftists, gays, drug addicts and socialist professors (just like under will be the first to be beheaded with a rusty knife, or stoned to death as they do to gays and infidelity in Iran. I find myself saying for the first time ever in my life, You Go France.

Post a CommentMissPlace-ed, Thank you for your comment. You argued my point then made it for me. you say your for national healthcare, then argue against welfare abuse. Welfare and single payer system would be run by the same entity. "The government". If the government cannot run the welfare system efficiently. Then why on earth would you want the government involved in our healthcare? Trully needy people such as yourself already have public assistance. You do well enough to have a computer at your disposal with isp service. If you had to be trully poor and can choose to live anywhere in the world. Where would you want to live? In france, england, africa, iraq, iran? I'm guessing here in the states.
Cont'd: they do this by having 5 to 10 families living under one roof while the women go to DSS proclaiming the husbands/boyfriends/fathers of the children do not live in the home AND "EACH FAMILY" cooks separate from the rest so that each individual family receives the maximum in food stamps and other welfare benefits! That is how they play the welfare game. It stinks. Welfare was never meant to be a way of life but it is how the II's make their money then go back to their home country where they can live high on the hog for months at a time until returning to the states to start the process all over again.
Alyce: I speak from personal experience when I say that illegal immigrants not only visit the ER for health care but they also NEVER PAY FOR THAT HEALTHCARE! However, should a homeless family have one of their own become ill and require emergency services, the hospital will "dun" them to death until it is paid. If the family ever makes it off the streets and back into a home with a vehicle and all the things they lost due to the lost-cause called the US economy, the bill collectors will turn around and take everything away from them hence putting them back on the streets again while the illegals continue to work under the table while impregnating our American teenage girls in order to remain in this country to welsh off the system.
Well, according to Slasher I should go ahead and simply blow my brains out and get it over with. I have two autoimmune diseases (SLE & Sjogren's disease) both in the moderate to severe stages. I am legally blind, have severe joint disease, and my body is literally rebelling against itself because of my health conditions. I am NOT able to work. I can barely keep my home reasonably clean. It takes every ounce of energy I can muster and there are days when I cannot muster any to care for my 10yo daughter. I worked from the time I was about 6yo until I was in my mid-20s then returned to work from home as an MT (medical transcriptionist), which is when other probs came into play. Now, my only option for extra income is freelance writing. It doesn't pay the bills and it sure as hell doesn't cover the medications I have to take in order to live. So, I am all for national health insurance b/c insurance companies refuse to insure me because of my health problems.

Health Care? It is true illegal immigrants in Long Beach get health care. The lines are so long at clinics one must sign up before 8AM and maybe, just maybe get a same day appointment. Federal funding cuts, of course, made it impossible for one clinic to stay open. They were not making enough profit to pay their employees and cost of doing business. The hospital emergency rooms are overflowing with people who use them for non-emergency treatment. The illegal, for instance, that could not get an appointment; waits until midnight to go to the emergency room.
What is GWB's connection to Kellogg, Root & Brown? Halliburton and Cheney? How much money did Halliburton earn by supplying and rebuilding in Viet Nam? What was Prescott Bush's relation to Hitler? How come votes were thrown out or not counted in Flordia? Again, Florida governor is Jeb Bush, related to GWB. Who benefited from the inside trading that went on 2 weeks prior to "911"? Whey did the government "seal the list" and not make those names public?

I'm alive today because of our advanced technology, I have 4 stents after a heartattack. There are appx. 40 million without healthcare insurance. No one ever gets turned away, like they do in Canyada (new pronounciation) Think about abortion when you talk about infant mortality. As I said before. I have had first hand experience with social medecine, brother, you don't want it. Take my word for it. Work 2 jobs like I do, then save your money, open a healthcare savings. Mothers with infants have WIC, I mean there are so many resources for people who are indigent, i don't know where to start. Even illegal imigrants have access to healthcare, In case you have forgotten, hospitals are a business, businesses are in business to make money, they are not a charity. Cha-ching!

Are democrats for free enterprise? Are democrats trying to keep our healthcare system at world class level? No, no and NO. Sarkozy wants to heal the rift between france and America, because he knows that the french economy is tanking. He needs America just like the rest of the world needs us.
