I chose Frederic Fekkai products as I read great reviews about them and the glossing cream has an award from Sephora.
The Frederic Fekkai Glossing Shampoo (16 oz- before tax)costs $35. The glossing conditioner costs the same. Frederic Fekkai Glossing Cream costs (7oz - before tax) $27.50. I have long hair and I wash my hair every day so I use a lot of shampoo, therefore these prices are very high for me.
The Scents
Except for the cream, these products have light scents.
I liked the smell of Frederic Fekkai Shampoo very much. It is a light, fresh fragrance with a hint of olive oil. It doesn't smell too much. The conditioner smells very close to the shampoo. On the other hand, Frederic Fekkai Glossing Cream smells just like olive oil.
Frederic Fekkai Glossing Shampoo
This is a decent good shampoo. I would buy it very often if it was less than $15.
If I use just the shampoo without any of the other products, it is not enough to make my hair look good. I don't think it makes my hair look so shiny either. But it dries my hair less than other regular shampoos. I am happy with this shampoo but I don't think I will buy it again. It doesn't create enough miracles for me to invest so much money on. But I do I recommend it to people who earn a lot of money.
Frederic Fekkai Glossing Conditioner
This is a solid good conditioner. It is quite concentrated and I was happy with it. It doesn't create miracles but it makes my hair look a little more shiny and manageable than other regular conditioners.
On the other hand, it isn't enough on its own. I tried to use it without finishing my hair with the glossing cream but no, no, no - it is not enough on it is own.
I would buy this conditioner if it was less than $20. It is good, it is the best conditioner I used but $35 is too much and I still need an extra product to have the look I want.
Frederic Fekkai Glossing Cream
This is a very good product, I loved it.
It smells like olive oil and I think most of it is olive oil. This is a good thing because when we were growing up, my grandmother used to comb her hair with pure olive oil and wash it after a few hours. She had beautiful hair, I tried doing it once but it is very hard to get rid of olive oil so I don't recommend doing the olive oil mask.
On the other hand, I do recommend the Frederic Fekkai Glossing Cream. My advice on this product is, be careful about how much you use it. If you use too much of it, your hair will look greasy.
I will continue buying and using Frederic Fekkai Glossing Cream. I tried using it with my Kiss My Face Shampoo and it works great with it too.
My general comment on these products is, if you have dry hair and lots of money, buy these products. If you don't have enough money, just buy the Frederic Fekkai Glossing Cream.
