Christmas at the City Market

This is a wonderful free activity for children with Horse drawn wagon rides, visits with Santa Claus, and music by Martin Middle School Jazz Band at 3:00 PM. In addition to these highlights, there will be cookies and apple cider.

Holly Raleigh Kidsmas CD Release Party

Located in Venture Hall of the Marbles Kids Museum, your children will be able to jam to the sounds of local kids' bands, Mommie and Sandbox, as they celebrate the release of the annual Holly Raleigh Christmas CD. The event is free and open to the public.

The Lighting of Wake Forest

The Mayor will light the Christmas Tree while music groups from local schools will provide entertainment. Santa will arrive in a horse drawn carriage and take your children's Christmas letters and wish lists. This is a free Christmas activity.

Sleigh Ride

During this Apex, NC free Christmas activity, you can take your child for a sleigh ride for $5.00. Not bad for a cheap Christmas activity. In addition to the sleigh rides, there will be many free Christmas activities such as a Christmas Tree Lighting, a Scrooge's scavenger hunt and Christmas caroling.
