Arthur is a show about a boy, his sister, his school chums, school, and family. School-aged children four to eight are the target audience for the show according to Nickelodeon. Tip: These masks may be printed out and colored. Use as coloring sheets only, or use them as masks for Halloween or play time. Use a hole punch to make holes in the sides and tie in shoestrings to wear the mask. Remember to cut out the holes for the eyes, nose and mouth.
