It is a new year for Houstonians but unfortunately the troubles from 2008 follow us into 2009 - the Big 3, a recession, layoffs and high gas prices. With the future of the economy unknown - here are some free attractions in the Downtown Houston area. More free attractions and venues will be published after further research.
