Today I want to tell you about another wonderful FREE place to read books, but it also has other things to offer. I am all for anything that doesn't cost money since I'm very frugal and we live on a fixed income, so we have to be careful with our choices.

They have great games such as Suduko, Crosswords, Puzzles and even Recipes from Wolfgang Puck you can receive if you get their newsletter, which I get weekly. Another interesting thing they do is highlight a featured author in each of their weekly newsletters., so you learn a lot about many famous people and writers. There are also quizzes you can take and all sorts of things to do on this website. And if you join their Book Club, which is also FREE.

I take their weekly email newsletter because it has so much to offer and maybe you would enjoy it too. You can get by applying for wither at their website or by emailing ezines@arcamax.com

.The best part is it is only once a week, so you are not bombarded with a lot of email. You don't even have to sign up for the newsletter if you are not interested , also if you decided you are not interested you can unsubscribe very quickly.

The ArcaMax Book Club offers all kind of books. You can sign up for as many books as you want by joining their Book club and you get the full text of the book by email one chapter at a time, so you are not overwhelmed.

Right now they are listing the top 10 free books that are being sent out are :
The King James Bible
The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin
How to Speak Correctly
Grimm's Fairy Tales
Just So Stories by Kipling
Beowulf
The Father of the Constitution
The Story of the Candy Rabbit

However there is a list you can look at that has both Children and Adult books to choose from, which is quit extensive. To join their book club go to their web site and sign up if you are interested. That address is online at:

I hope you found this of interest, I'm always looking for way to further our education with reading and this is another great site that does this. Since there are many classic books listed on this site it would also be a boon to students who need to read some of the classics.
