The Healthy Moves program at Metro State Auraria Campus offers free yoga classes in the PE building and Tivoli. These free yoga classes are open to the public, and no registration or documentation is needed. All they ask is that you put a check mark on a list that reveals whether you are a student, teacher or community member. Free yoga classes are offered Monday through Thursday with highly trained instructors. Check the website for more information about styles and times for free yoga in Denver through Healthy Moves. During regular school semesters, Healthy Moves has 15 free yoga classes each week, including Kundalini, Hatha and Yoga Therapy. They also have free belly dance, qigong and meditation classes. Going far beyond just asana, Axis also teaches chanting, pranayama, Ayurveda and yoga philosophy. This is a donation-based teacher training, with a suggested donation of $2,000, and a minimum required donation of $1,450.
