Free Christmas Downloadable & Online Computer Games - Christmas will be here before we know it! One good way to get into the Christmas spirit is by playing free Christmas computer games. There are some great games out there for adults and children, and I will discuss some sites in this article that offer free Christmas games for both

Free Christmas Games.com: Free Christmas Games.com offers free computer Christmas games suitable for adults and kids. This site offers jigsaw puzzles with Christmas themes, sliding puzzles, Mah Jong games, Sokoban games, and memory puzzle games. The goal of Mah Jong games is to match pictures of Christmas-related photos, and to make as many matches as you can. You click on one photo with its left and/or right margin free; then click on a matching photo with its left and/or right margin free. If it's a match, the tiles will disappear. Some tiles have other tiles hidden underneath them. Try to match as many photos as you can before you run out of tiles and/or photos to match.

The object of the Sokoban game is to get Santa to push all of the gifts to the socks. This might seem like an easy task, but it requires analysis and planning. This game is probably best suited for older children, teens, and adults who have good analytical and planning skills.

You can go directly to this site and play the games on-line. These games do not require a download. To play these games, please visit Free Christmas Games.com and click on the game you wish to play. The game will appear on your screen with instructions on how to play the game below it.

All Things Christmas: All Things Christmas is another site that offers free Christmas computer games. The site offers a concentration game (memory) where you click on two cards. Both cards flip over and if they match they stay flipped over. If they do not match, both cards flip back over so that you cannot see the pictures. The goal of memory/concentration is to match all the cards in as few turns as possible.

You can also decorate a snowman and a tree at this site. Another game on All Things Christmas challenges you to find eight differences between two Santa pictures. You can also ask a Magic Elf specific questions about your Christmas and see what his predictions are - this has an eight ball concept to it. You can also challenge yourself by attempting to unscramble Christmas-related words. Finally, you can play a challenging game of peppermint checkers against the computer. I played this game and I found it quite challenging; the computer appears to be smarter than I am!

These games are appropriate for kids or adults, though some of the games, such as peppermint checkers and unscrambling words are more challenging. Some of the games on this site require you have a Javascript enabled browser to play. There are no downloads required. Simply visit All Things Christmas and click on the game you want to play. Instructions for the games are located above it.
