Free Christmas Gifts and Stocking Stuffers for Your Family

In this economy every little bit helps. I'm writing about three ways I am making sure there are a few extras under my tree this year for my kids. All three ways are internet based and cost me only my time.

So on to how I do it, and how you can too.

Swagbucks.com

Swagbucks is an internet search engine just like Yahoo and Google except you get rewarded for your searches. You can use my link swagbucks.com/refer/prgal and sign up. I signed up, then I made them my default homepage. And now instead of using my old standby, Yahoo, I search with them and earn "bucks," which I can then in turn use to get things in the swag store.

Sometimes your searches don't get you any swag bucks, but since I wouldn't have gotten any on Yahoo or Google anyway it doesn't bother me. However when you do get rewarded, it's usually from 1-5 bucks per search. So far in 2 ½ months I've accumulated 142 swag bucks. I plan to continue and use what I have a few days before Christmas on e-cards for stocking stuffers.

This one is something my friend from California has been doing for years. I wish now that I would have started sooner than I did. I signed up at www.erewards.com and answered quite a few questions about myself and my household. Then I simply answer surveys that they send to me based on those initial answers. You get eRewards "currency" deposited into your account after each survey. And then you can use this to get things like Borders Bookstore Bucks, Delta sky miles or Hilton Points.

I've been doing it about 2 weeks and have $15 in my account. I plan to use this account to get my son a $25 gift card to American Eagle. I need $30 more in my account, and at the rate they are sending those surveys I should have that in time to have the gift card mailed to me and under the tree for Christmas morning.

I decided on a mailed check once a month as payment over paypal, but both are available. I call this a give and get site and they have a pretty simple concept. Go through their site every time you make a purchase online and get cash back on your purchases. Now if you are anything like me, you do a lot of your shopping online. I do it for convenience as well as the fact that sites like coupon mountain give me coupon codes to use online and afford me great discounts I just couldn't get in the store.

Now, this is only a bonus of free cash if you ONLY go through ebates.com to complete purchases you are already going to make anyway.

They have daily doubles in where a store will give you double the cash back they usually offer just for that day. So far I have almost $6 in my account, but since I was already going to buy these things, it is literally free money.
