Tire Christmas tree Craft

Tires are a fun way to create a whimsical Christmas tree for an industrial space. If you live in an industrial loft, then this would be a fun look! Little children may even want to make this fun Christmas tree for their own bedroom.

Take tires of varying sizes and spray pain them green. Place the largest tire on the bottom, add some glue, and then add the next tire. Press it into place. Repeat until your tire Christmas tree is as tall as you need it to be.

Box Christmas Craft

Check out my article Cardboard Box Christmas Christmas_Tree Craft project to get full instructions on how to use leftover boxes from around the house to build your own homemade Christmas tree. This is a fun craft project for kids of all ages.

If you want to make this simple box Christmas tree for outside, then try using green plastic garbage bags to wrap the tree. You can also use a green tarp!

This will waterproof your homemade Christmas tree.

Flower Pot Christmas tree Craft

Take a variety of flower points in different sizes and paint them green. You will also need a wood dowel.

If you are making this one inside, then place one pot the traditional way, right side up with rocks in it. Stab the wood dowel in the center.

Now, flip the rest of the green flower pots over and start stacking them vertically slipping them on the dowel as you work upward.

This is a fun look to create two small Christmas trees to use on either side of the front door. You can even runs lights around the outside to light them.

I also find mini flower pots at the local craft store. Use these mini flower pots to make mini Christmas trees. Place one homemade Christmas tree at each dinner plate on the table!

Don't forget to paint on ornaments, add a glued on star, and any other decorating you would like. A simple yellow ribbon makes an awesome Christmas tree star.

I like the focus on using what you have around the house and recyling items. Nice ideas!
