Experienced Colorado skiers and snowboarders know they can pick up discount ski coupons at select Colorado Shell gas stations. With every 10 gallon purchase of gasoline, the purchaser receives a buy one get one adult ski lift ticket coupon. Everyone can now save money on their ski vacation!

Ski coupon promotion period

The coupons are issued from January 3, 2011 to April 17, 2011 at participating Colorado Shell gas stations.

Participating Ski Resorts

For the 2010-11 ski season, this coupon program has expanded to five Colorado ski resorts. The buy one get one adult free coupons are now valid for Winter Park Resort, Copper Mountain, Loveland Ski Area, Monarch Mountain and Crested Butte.

The Deal

With the purchase of one adult lift ticket, a second adult lift ticket is issued for free. Both lift tickets must be used on the same day. Just find somebody in the lift ticket line to split the cost if flying solo.

How to get the coupon

Purchase 10 gallons of gasoline at a participating Colorado gas station. Have the clerk stamp your receipt and the issued voucher. Staple them together and take both to the ski resort lift ticket window to redeem them. That's it!

Blackout dates

Blackout dates vary for each ski resort. Most holidays, Saturdays, and spring break are blacked out.

Winter Park Resort - Valid Monday thru Friday. Blackout days: 3/14-18.

Copper Mountain - Valid Sunday thru Friday. Blackout days: 3/19-27.

Loveland Ski Area - Valid Sunday thru Thursday. Blackout days: 1/17, 2/21, and 3/20-24.

Monarch Mountain - Valid 7 Days a week. Blackout days: 1/15-16, 2/19-20, and 3/12-19.

Crested Butte - Valid 7 Days a week. Blackout days: 2/19-20 and 3/12-26
